Turbo Tax TPG Bank shows my refund was funded on the 8th, but I haven’t received it in my account. Why hasn’t it been sent to my bank?

Just got a call back and my bank print check(cashier check) has been mailed out and I should receive it within 3 to 5 business days. Will update when or if i receive it in the mail. Fingers crossed 🤞

How long did it take to receive check in the mail?? They did me the same way and never told me about the $30 charge!!! I just happened to be looking at the amount

My federal refund was deposited in my account from TPG Bank and was shorted about $3500 when will I get the rest of my refund?

How where you able to get to live person. Everytime I call and I get placed on hold saying I am calling for a customer they place me on hold and then hang up. Website says to put in a ticket and its been 3 days without response from them.

 my bank account closed before I could receive my direct deposit, so I requested a bank print check(cashier check) we'll see in 3-5 business days if it's really been mailed like they said. Fingers crossed 🤞 direct deposit date of February 24th

I received my Money this morning nothing missing. My advice is to file complaints on turbo and the bank
