Today received new revised tax form, I own an extra $1 to IRS. Do I need to submit amend tax return to IRS

My 2023 tax return has been sent to the IRS already. Today I received the revised tax form. I only own an extra $1 after inputting the new numbers.

I was wondering if I have to file the amended tax return this time
