Title first loan as deduction

I have a title  1 loan for water proofing basement. Huge project  that I have claimed last two years, I cannot seem to find where to add it on turbo tax. ( I have paid $1521 in mortgage interest on it for 2016)

Enter your loan interest in the following area:

• Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
• Click on Deductions and Credits 
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Under Your Home
• On Mortgage Interest, click on the start or update button

Did this work for you? I keep having to choose between 

HELOC and original mortgage, but a Title 1 is neither. What do I do?
