I have turbo tax prepaid card and it updated about an hour ago with the funds in my account. DDD was 2/27 it came early

Sbtpg is showing my amount $1300 less than it’s supposed to be. Irs hasn’t showed me anything different as far as amount I’m to receive. Is everyone else’s total correct on sbtpg website?

Mine is correct as well minus the fees so you definitely need to reach out to either irs or the offset number immediately!

I think it only goes through sbtpg if you requested the fees be taken out if the refund

I just checked sbtpg, and it shows that it had taken my fees and paid out the rest of my refund to me on 2/26 which is today, so hopefully it should post to my Rushcard sometime today. My DDD according to the IRS says the 27th also. Last year I received my refund 2 days early on my Rushcard, but it didn't post until about 430 p.m. Hope this helps.

So I called and checked with sbtgp and mines also received payment on 26th and the remainder sent for deposit so I'm hoping today as well I get my money. I have netspend
