Program says Illinois forms are still not final, when will they be final for printing and filing?

The zip tool is free.

If you are referring to the forms not being available, the Illinois forms are available.

You might need to update your software, it is showing you are using the Desktop software, to update click on the Online menu, choose check for updates.
