The turbotax return I saved says I owe $1380 federal. IRS letter and checking my submitted return on turbotax now says I owe $2283 federal. How did it change?

we can not see your returns or data.    the IRS should be sending you an explanation which you should receive in a week or 2.  if you don't, you can call the IRS 800-829-1040.  you also have the option right now of going to the IRS website and getting a transcript of your return.   it will show as filed and as corrected.
