The tracking status for my return for last year indicates that it has gone through, yet I see no funds when I check my intuit card balance. Why is this?

The tracking status for my return for last year indicates that it has gone through, yet I see no funds when I check my intuit card balance. Why is this?
This is because:
Your refund amount will be added to your Turbo Prepaid Visa® Card once the IRS approves and issues your refund, your refund will be deposited directly to your account. The IRS online status will say SENT and then as soon as it is credited to your card, it will be available for you to use!
You may track the status of your return by
visiting: https://www.irs.gov/refunds
As soon as you get your card, activate it online or over phone by following the instructions on the card sticker.
Look for your personalized card to be delivered 5-10 business days after ordering it.
Note: A card will be sent to you even if you decide not to receive your refund on it. You won’t be obligated to activate or use the card if you don’t want to, but you’ll want to keep it safe or properly destroy it for your own protection.
To avoid delays, be sure the name on the tax return is exactly the same as the name on your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card.
