The track my refund page wont let me track my refund why?

Try signing back into Turbo Tax to check e-file status, and obtain your exact refund amount. This FAQ will show you how to check your e-file status to see if return were accepted. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/6521525

In order to track your refund, you will need.

Social security number or ITIN.

Your filing status.

Your exact refund amount.

Once it is accepted, you can track your refund with the IRS and through Santa Barbara Tax Products Group if you chose direct deposit. It may take a few days before any information is available.

Why I can’t track my refund

Until the IRS starts processing your tax return there may not be a record of it on the IRS website.  If your federal return was just accepted, please wait 24 hours before checking the status. The IRS updates the Where's My Refund site once a day and that is usually in the overnight hours.  Please also see the below TurboTax FAQ for more information:
