The tax return was supposed to be put on a pre-paid card. instead it was sent to a CLOSED bank account. the return was already sent but it's in limbo now. PLEASE HELP

If the IRS (and State, if any) cannot deposit your refund to your account, then a paper check will be mailed to you.
