where do I add state tax refund? It acts like I'm added another unemployment when I try to put it under 'more 1099's

The state refund is also on a 1099G just like unemployment but it is entered in a different section. Here is how:

• Income & Wages
• Other Common Income
• State & Local Tax Refunds
