The state on my 1098-T is wrong and it won't let me change it

The state on my 1098-T is wrong and it won't let me change it, it just says I need to review the zip code and it won't let me move on

Go back into the program. Go to the 1098T. Continue on until you get to Education Expenses Summary, then click EDIT.

Its not popping up, whenever I'm on the 1098t it only lets me change the zip code and it doesn't give me an option for state or anything else on it, when I hit continue the next page only gives me the option to fix federal return or send by mail and when I click fix federal return it takes me back to 1098t and just keeps looping. I also couldn't find education expense summary until I clicked full time student and then it didn't have any options to edit it only let me add, is there a way I can get rid of the 1098t that's already on there it was only one college class I took while in high school

To correct the reason that is causing the error you should:

1. Clear the Cache and Cookies from your computer to get rid of any residual information.
2. Delete the Form 1098-T from your return.
3. Renter the correct information back on the form,

To access the clearing process, you should hold down the keys CONTROL, SHIFT, and DELETE at the same time.

To delete a return off of your return you need to:

1. Select Tax Forms in the Black bar on the left side of the screen.
2. Select Tools from the drop down menu.
3. On the Tools Center Select Delete a form.
4. Locate the form on the list and select Delete.
5. You will be asked to confirm the deletion.
