My refund has been saying that you will hear from IRS in 24-48 hrs and it's been over a week. Why it is saying this and when should I really expected it to be approved?

The refund tracker through Turbo Tax has been acting up. Go to IRS.GOV & track it with the Where's My Refund Link on that page.

Did you look up your Refund Status on Turbo Taxes web site or at Irs.gov?
