Where can I find Declaration Control Number for my 2018 federal return?

The old DCN tracking numbers disappeared a few years ago.

The new MeF tracking number can only be obtained, with much difficulty, thru Customer Support when you encounter an IRS proof-of-filing conflict......or so we've been told
