The ohio tax website and it said I would received a identity confirmation letter within 5-7 business days, it's been 11 business days. Has anyone else had this problem?

Contact them here  1 (800) 282-1780 and see if you can get the 

Reference Number from the quiz letter, and Authorization Code from the quiz letter.  Along with those and your Ohio refund amount you should be able to complete the quiz online here http://www.tax.ohio.gov/IdentityTheft-IDQuiz.aspx
