The IRS took my refund and paid off my debt so I dont have the money

The IRS took my refund so I didnt get money back . I have been struggling with money I dont have a job can you help me and take off what I owe please .. the IRS took it to pay off what I owe I did not know they would take it till too late

The IRS sent me two letters saying I was under 60 day review y’all agreed to take the money when the refund came because the refund didn’t come y’all gonna try to take 💰
