You should contact your bank to see if they can locate the attempt to deposit your refund into your account. If any of the account information didn't match exactly what was on your tax return, your bank may have rejected the deposit and sent it back to the IRS.
In this case, the IRS will issue a paper check to the address on your return after they receive the rejected deposit.

If you paid your TurboTax fees with your federal refund, your refund would have been sent through our partners at Santa Barbara Tax Products Group. They provide the pay with your refund service for us. Normally, this doesn't delay the deposit of your refund.
If you paid with your federal refund, look your return status up at SBTPG's website and contact them for further assistance.
