The IRS site says my refund was sent to my bank on 13th. Today is the 20th and it’s still not posted to my account. Is this normal behavior or should I contact my bank?

Did you request to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund.

Or review the bank routing and account number that you entered on the tax return for the direct deposit to verify they are correct and check with your bank to verify the bank routing number.

The routing and accounts numbers will be on the Filing Instructions for your tax return.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2023 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.

Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
