Does the IRS only issue refunds on specific days of the week?

I have read everywhere (internet) the IRS issues refunds daily. I can not seem to find if they have changed that this year to twice a week?

Does still being processed mean there is a problem with my refund?

The IRS processes tax returns daily. Right now, though, they only issue refunds on Weds and Fridays.

And does the IRS typically deposit in early mornings or afternoons?

is this the same for paper checks were my refund says the IRS plans to mail my check February 22nd which is Monday two days from now
