Mailed my amended tax return march 9. same day as my bfs. checked online at where is my amended tax return. his gives the option to click 2018 return and shows status. mine only gived option to click

his status says received March 11. again both mailed same day

The IRS might not have typed your 1040X into the system yet. Wait another week or so.

The IRS gets bags full of mail every day.

Do I send a 1040x '21 return now that the dependent identity theft has been solved? The IRS also removed an additional dependent when they recalculated that year.
