The irs closed out my case will i get my tax refund

TurboTax does not get any information or feedback from the IRS about your tax return after you file and it is accepted.  So no one at TurboTax knows anything about your "case" with the IRS that has been closed.  You need to find out from the IRS.  800-829-1040.
