The fees for using turbotax was taking out of my bank account without me getting my tax refund back what the money was posed to come out of my tax refine now

Now I have the $40 charge added on to the fee amount for a withdrawal that doesn't come out until your refund clears. Now without any money in than my account I would like for turbo tax to refund me the money the bank charge me and take off the amount owed until I get my yax refund as stated and agreed upon they would get at that time

Sorry maybe the IRS changed your return so there isn't enough refund to cover the fees.

 

Sounds like the IRS is taking too long to send your refund or reduced it. See What if the IRS reduces your refund or delays it.

Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again.

You should have received about 4 emails asking for the fees. If you don't pay they will debit your account. You had to agree to it.
