Can you access my federal return 2016 from the IRS even though I haven't used your service for a couple of years?

I filed my taxes with Turbotax several years ago but did not for 2016. I am planning to file with your service in 2017. Can you access my prior return at the IRS and put it into my account to help me with filing the upcoming year?

That cannot be done. TT is unable to access any IRS files.
