I now have code 971 amended return or claim fowarded for processing on my transcript ! is that a good thing ??? Thx !

It is neither good or bad ... the return has to be manually entered and reviewed so that is what the code is saying ... a human must now look at it and push it along.   If the IRS wants more info from you they will send a letter.

what ever ended up happening with this code ? Did u receive a notice or anything soon after ? I have same code on all 3 of my amended returns and it seems as though this would mean the process is moving forward but I’m not sure

Were these for three different tax years? Hopefully, you mailed them in separate envelopes.  Amended returns take several months to process.
