I received my tax return that had been deposited into my account by "TGP PRODUCTS." Originally I was supposed to get $1,900 and only received $1,700. I have no offsets and the fees were already paid? Apparently A LOT other people using TurboTax have had this problem lately.

What do you mean your fees were already paid?
The TurboTax account fees are not paid until after the IRS sends the federal tax refund to TPG. TPG deducts the TurboTax account fees from the federal tax refund and their service charge of $39 then TPG deposits the remaining refund into the account you selected on your tax return.
It appears that TGP Products is charging me $500 for their tax service instead of the agreed upon $39. My official 1040 form tax return total is $500 more than what the bank is stating it is.
In this public forum we cannot diagnose why your refund has been reduced. For additional information, please see this Help Article or this TurboTax blog.
If you elected to pay your fees with your refund, then you would need to contact TPG as they are the one who would be handling your refund. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund.

I'm on the phone's waiting list right at this moment with TGP . They at first said that there is a 10 minute waiting time. That was 30 minutes ago.
My return was supposed to be $355 and i only received $105 from TGP even if there is a $39 fee of service it still doesn't explain the missing $250, I have noticed there are several forums of people with this exact issue, How do i go about getting the full amount?

How much were your TurboTax online account fees?
See this TurboTax support FAQ for checking your fees - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/how-do-i-review-my-fees-in-turbotax-online/0...
I went to the TPG website and sent them a message with attached documents that show the discrepancy in the totals. Try that. sbtpg.com
Trying to see where is my state at arey account and routing number is right
If you had your fees deducted from your refund, it would have only had your federal return transferred over to TPG. Your state would still come directly from the state.
You would need to contact your state directly to see where your refund is. @Peaches5
