Terminate Installment Agreement (9465)

Hello!

I recently filed 2019 taxes about a week ago.  Since I owed quite a bit I requested an Installment Agreement and filled out Form 9465 in TurboTax.  I don't believe I have gotten any confirmation from IRS that this was approved yet.  To my surprise, I am getting a loan from my parents to instead just pay off the entire amount owed... so I no longer need the installment plan.  How can I go about terminating my request?  Is there a way to amend it in TurboTax?  I read somewhere that you can only request an installment plan like once every 5 years, so I don't want this request to count if that makes sense.  Any help would be appreciated.

You will no longer be able to make any changes through TurboTax, but you can do it online through the IRS.  See the link below for more information on how to do this.
