On Monday it will be 21 days an the bar is only half full on my turbo tax thing. So I should have my taxes next week sometime ?? Right

I paid for the deluxe now my taxes are under review I can't get a hold of anybody at the IRS it's been over 60 days shouldn't somebody at TurboTax be helping me?
