Taxes still not approved

The Irs accepted my federal return on Feb 9th. I was able to check WMR every day and it just had the one bar. Then on feb 24th WMR was saying "information does not match". Then the next day, which is today it is now saying "Return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available" and there are no bars on the app or irs website. It says the same thing when I call the IRS hotline. I have never dealt with this in previous years and am pretty worried..

Another thing is I filed with Turbo Tax and I just received my State refund today by direct deposit.

@AkinaLO @ Okay and what if I forgot a w2 from a job I worked at for less than 2 months? I did claim exempt for that one also. Would I still get a refund and have to amend later? I did not make money the whole year for 2019 either. My refund isn't that much. I called the irs and they just said that it's still processing and I have to wait until it's been 21 days which will be February 29th

Santa Barbara Bank is not because of your location, this is the bank that handles taking the fees for Turbo Tax out of your return.

The IRS will send your refund to Santa Barbara, they will deduct the fees, then they will deposit the remaining amount of your refund to your bank account.

The website I provided was to track your return with Santa Barbara once the IRS provided you a date they are direct depositing the refund.

How come there are so many people complaining of not receiving their refunds from Santa Barbara Tax Products Group? and also there are some people who have gotten their refunds that are saying that Santa Barbara took more fees out than what initially was supposed to be taken out for turbotax. there are also people saying that Sbtpg have claimed that taxpayers entered the wrong routing and acct numbers even though people can look at a transcript of their return and can see they actually entered the correct info for direct deposit.

All these horrible reviews has me very worried....
