Taxes accepted "refund status error message"

Good day

I filed my taxes electronically with Turbo tax on 2/18 and when I go to check my refund status on the irs website I get the following message

"refund status error

Information does not match. Please reenter your information"

Now everything is entered correctly, TT says my taxes have been accepted and my state taxes came back in less then a week.

Doe anyone know what this means and how to get an accurate update?

Lastly when I call the IRS the message is it is so busy they are not taking calls??

Please help

Thanks

See What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?  If you try to call the IRS during tax season, the best time to call is right when they open- 71m local time.

Thanks for getting back here. I also got this message that said to check with the software provider as well

    i entered my social correct

i entered the amount correct from turbo tax

i entered the date I filed correctly

i received the email saying my return was accepted?? What else can I do to get information on this?

I know turbo tax doesn’t issue the refunds but it looks to be stuck somewhere??

    please advise
