I have already filed my 2019 tax but I end up owing this year which I already paid for. Will IRS look back into my bank info from my 2018 tax for stimulus check deposit?

If you filed a 2018 federal tax return with a tax refund and selected Direct Deposit for the 2018 tax refund then the IRS has your information for direct deposit of the stimulus payment, providing that the account is still valid.
