Tax returns for Non-US citizens

Hi, I'm an Irish resident looking to file for my Federal and State tax from having worked in New York over the summer of 2016. I have my W-2 form with me, and have followed the instructions given. However at the end, it tells me I cannot register if I am a non-US citizen. Please advise.

As a nonresident customer, you will not be able to use TurboTax program to file your Form 1040-NR, unfortunately.
