Tax Return Questions

My return was submitted on 03/20/2021, accepted by the IRS; showed the status bar for about 3 weeks.  Turbo Tax showed a Payment Date of 04/10/2021  -  According to the IRS "Where's My Refund" site my tax return is still being processed, a date will be provided once it has been complted.  I actually MEMORIZED this because I've seen it every single day since 04/10/2021. 

Go right ahead and debit my account $90.00, there's nothing there - it'll be rejected, you'll cause me fees and it's not even my fault that this return has not processed as of yet.  So, kindly TurboTax Representatives, please be as patient as I have to be in waiting for the IRS to complete processing and Issue my REFUND.  I have no problem paying you, none what-so-ever.  But you cannot get blood from a stone...

The date TurboTax gives you is estimated; we have no control over how long it will actually take to process your tax return.   The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund if it's been longer than 21 days since you e-filed.  You'll have to speak directly to IRS to find out more about the delay.
