Tax return incorrect

Hello, 

i filed my tax return with turbo tax early February. It surpassed the 21 days and when I did receive it 1/3 short of what the IRS accepted and approved. I have No off sets. No loans. No federal outstanding balance. I have No children. Nothing. Every year I file with turbo tax and what I get approved for, is what I always get. Something is wrong. I tried Calling but never got me to an actual human. If someone could please contact me regarding the next steps to get the rest of my money.
