Tax return “accessed”

I just received an email saying that my tax return was accessed. Is that because I went through the app to see where my refund was? Even though it didn’t give me any information on the status of my return.

Our system will automatically send you an email when your account has been logged into, or when a return is opened. If you logged into your TurboTax account and opened your return, then you accessed the information and therefore that is the reason for the email you received.

I used TurboTax several years ago and returned to your services for tax year 2018.  Can you tell me who accessed my account and when?
