The Account Activity page lists events related to your account. You’ll find details on when your account was accessed and what device was used, along with any emails from us with the reason we sent them.
To review your Account Activity page, follow these steps:
- Log into your TurboTax account.
- Select Intuit Account in the left menu.
- Underneath Sign In & Security, find the Account Activity line at the bottom of the section and select View.
If you notice any suspicious activity, go to the Password line and select Edit to change your password.
Changing your password makes sure you’re the only one that can access your account. For an additional layer of security, you can enable two-step verification.
