Tax refund and missing money

I filed my taxes back in January, I just received them in March. They're 2,917 dollars short. I have no offsets, I owe nothing. I choose the 21 day normal deposit return. Where exactly is the rest of my refund? Or do I need to open a lawsuit?

The third Economic Impact Payment of $1400 per person was sent out in March of 2021. The IRS may be saying you got it and are asking for it again on you return.

This would be incorrect, as I did not make enough to have to pay it back. Stop sending robotic messages to people when we know what the hell is going on.
