Supposed to receive refund from KY last year. I filed w/ TT but was notified by KY they needed addt'l info. I've not received the refund- do I have to report it this year

I would check with KY before you file to make sure that you definitely weren't entitled to this refund. If you were and it was issued to you via check (but you never received the check) you still may need to report a taxable state refund on your federal return.
