Does this mean I will get a stimulus payment? I didnt file a 2018 return at all but I filed my 2019 return with H&R block. Will the irs still use my DD I entered on turbo tax?

Yes, you will get your stimulus payment and the IRS would use your direct deposit as listed on TurboTax.  Since you already filed a tax return with H&R block though, you may have already been registered to receive your Stimulus payment which may cause you some issues in the future.  This could cause some issues with your 2019 refund/tax return.
