What if I was claimed as a dependent in 2018 but not 2019 from parents? I just filed my 2019 taxes direct deposit on 4-16-2020 and am no longer a dependent. Will I receive the stimulus?

If you filed your 2019 tax return as a non-dependent, you are eligible for the stimulus payment.

Will it come direct deposit soon? Or do I have to claim it somewhere? Cause I saw that they base if you’re getting a payment from 2018 or 2019 but I filed 2019 after they announced who was getting it. So does that mean in their system I’m still a dependent? Does that matter am I too late?

Not everyone's payment will be a slam dunk, though. Payments are based on your 2019 tax filings. If you haven't filed yet, it will be based on your 2018 filings.
