2020 Return was processed 6/28/2021. The last entry on my account transcript is Code 570 on 6-28-2021. As of this posting I am still waiting on a refund of $4889. I've written them several times. Every response I get says we "need 60 additional days..."
On the last reply I got, I noticed "Form: 1120" was written on the letter. I have never filed a form 1120. This issue helped me learn about Transcripts and codes. I also noticed that there are 2 K-1s on my Wages and Income transcript that I don't recognize. While typing this, I noticed that one of the K-1s matches the correct K-1, just has a different EIN. I'm betting that's the issue.
Regardless, please take a look at the screen captures below. I would greatly appreciate any advice.

Can you explain this further?
The K-1 in your last screenshot has exactly the same figures on the same lines as the K-1 you indicated was correct and the middle K-1 indicates it might have been amended K-1.
You need contact the IRS and straighten this out with them and/or contact the issuer(s) of the K-1(s).
You can contact your local IRS office. See this IRS website for local IRS offices - http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-Your-Local-IRS-Office-1 or call 1-844-545-5640 to set up an appointment
Or you may want to contact a Taxpayer Advocate in your area. See this IRS website for Taxpayer Advocate in your area and a toll free number - http://www.irs.gov/Advocate/Local-Taxpayer-Advocate
My wife and I on a small business. LLC in SC so it's taxed as a partnership. I'll take a look at the return again, but I don't know how I would have put a different EIN and created a separate K-1, but you never know?? That's got to be the problem. Thanks for your help.
you have to contact your congressperson and ask them to prod the IRS for you.
After that, it could still be a few months before IRS undoes your Code 570 status.
