I received an email from TurboTax saying my tax expert sent me a message and to login into my account to see it. I've logged in multiple times and there is no notification bell on my screen. I have tried logging in through 2 desktops computers, a laptop, and the cell phone app and there still is no bell. I have tried Google Chrome and Microsoft edge with no luck. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone being bounced from tax expert to techs and back again, and nobody can find out why I can't see my messages or any stupid notification bell! I am beyond frustrated. I've seen in the forum that other people have had this problem as well, but I don't know if it was ever resolved for them. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.

To clarify, are you using TurboTax Full Service or TurboTax Live?
Have you double-checked to make sure you don't have another TurboTax account with the same e-mail? It's very easy to create another account without realizing it. You can check to see if you have multiple accounts by following the steps in the below TurboTax help article.
How many Intuit accounts do I have with TurboTax?
It's TurboTax Live Premium Service, not the Full Service. Yes, I did have another account that I didn't realize I had, but we went in and checked it and there was nothing there either.
