I go to the WMR site and it says We can not provide any info about your refund. To call IRS and give Ref# 9001 what does this mean

I understand, I feel like it’s  about getting to a person that wants to help, I have talked with so many, I was reading the IRS manual, there responses are scripted, the normal rep wasn’t allowed to tell me my tax situation, I found the delinquent return number for my situation and dam, changed overnight.

@mindizzy you can setup a account online at irs.gov which you will have to verify personal information. Or you can order them in the mail about 7 days. I have the online, you can check anytime,
