I received the federal tax payment. But the state tax still hasn't been repaid. It's been more than 1 month. When I entered the state website, it says it wasn't processed. Can someone help me? I paid 120 dollars to turbotax, but I still haven't get half of my tax refund.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.

My application has been accepted, but when I go to the site and write my SSN, it says that it has not been processed. It may be a problem caused by turbotax. How can I talk to an authorized turbotax employee, because there is a problem caused by turbotax?

@osma788681 Accepted and approved are not the same thing. Once the state accepts your return for processing, you have to wait for them to finish processing it and issue your refund.

TurboTax cannot speed them up for you. Some states process returns pretty quickly and some take weeks or even months.
