What does it mean ready to mail after I’ve filed?

Did you e-file?  You may want to double check, as ready to mail usually means you will need to mail in your return.

I e filed both, Ive already received my federal claim refund by direct deposit but my state says ready to mail.

Be sure you selected the option to e-file your state. If you did not, follow the instructions in this FAQ regarding How to switch from mail to e-file.
