Why is state return offset of 215 havnt recipe rest of my state tax return

I think you mean you didn't receive all of your refund - that some of it was offset to pay for some other claims. If so, you will receive a letter soon from the taxing authority explaining what it was applied to.

this is the first year filing the partnership return and i had the wrong ein number when i correctedit the state of mass accepted it but the fed did not,?
