State Rejected. What needs correcting?

My federal has been accepted, however my state came back rejected with this message:

F1040N-0030 - TotNEPersonalExemptions must match the TotalExemptionsCnt element from Form 1040.

What is causing this and how can it be corrected?

I'm sorry I didn't update/ remove the question, but I've got it worked out. I just went back in, went through the state questions again then refiled and it was accepted. It was for Nebraska.
