State refund intercept?

If I looked up the status of my state refund and it says the money will be direct deposited into my account by next Saturday, am I in the clear for a potential intercept or could it still happen? I don't have a levy but I wanted to make sure because I'm counting on that refund coming

Until the deposit is in you account and you can touch it don't count on it to be there 100% ... until that point anything can happen.
