State and Federal

I filed on 1/20/2020. My federal was accepted on 1/21/2020 and my state was accepted on 1/28/2020. I go to the NYS refund and it still says they had received and is being processed no further info at this time. Federal says something about the PATH act which I get. My thing is my friend file before me and got her state taxes back 2 days ago 2/11/2020and my cousin filed after me and received her state today 2/14/2020  I guess I don’t understand what is going on with mine. If someone could tell me what is going on possibly to ease my mind. I have triple check my taxes everyday to make sure there is nothing wrong with them and everything matches my W2.

Your not alone in this matter I filed on the 6th and it's been approved even got my card and still have yet to get the money on it
