start new return

Can not start a new return. software keeps shutting down. Error message keeps popping up. does not say what error is. Error message says, send error message to turbo tax, have used TurboTax for last 20 years with no issue till now.

Can someone clarofy for me why I did not receive the Turbo tax estimated return amount from IRS and after processing they issued me with 0 changes?
