Last year I was able to receive an advance with zero issues. This year, I keep getting this message. I've gone through the old questions and done the listed steps and this is still what I am getting. CK is no help and neither is TT. Has anyone found a solution?

I verified all of my personal information was correct with TurboTax and Credit Karma. I reached out to Credit Karma and they said my date of birth was wrong on their end and that I needed to verify that TurboTax had my correct information. I've been using TT for 6+ years and my information has always been correct and verified. Taxes can't be filed with false information anyway. Credit Karma said they are unable to fix my DOB which doesn't make a lot of sense considering my spend account was opened with them through TurboTax last year when I received my advance. Plus, I've had a Credit Karma account prior to opening a spend account since 2018. I'm not sure where to go from here.

If your information is correct but there is a mismatch on the Credit Karma side, you will need to reach out directly to Credit Karma again.  You can reach out and create a case on the Contact Us page.

They said they are unable to change my information.

If you wish to move forward with the Refund Advance, It might be possible for you to request Credit Karma to create a new account with the correct information.  Please reach out directly to Credit Karma on their Contact Us page for further assistance.

GOING THRU THE VERY SAME THING.   CK IS NOT HELPING AT ALL.  TT  SAYS YOU GO THROUGH CK.
