I was going to file last years and then do this years but after finishing I realized there was no option to file again! This is when I realized I may have used last years tax information in filing for

You need to file an amended return for this year.  Before filing an amended return, you should make sure that your return was accepted.  Your return may get rejected.  Wait for any payment you made to be processed or any refund you're expecting to be received (or a letter from the IRS).  See the following FAQ for information on how to file a prior year's return using TurboTax:
